The fourth Fleet is a non-official term that has been used to describe the flow of Convict ships from England to Australia in the year 1792.〔 C.J. Smee, Fourth fleet families of Australia containing genealogical details of two hundred & five fourth fleeters, their children & grandchildren, (Artarmon, N.S.W., 1992)〕 The term was coined by C.J. Smee, an historian, who has catalogued the genealogies of the First, Second and Third Fleet convicts and who used the term to group those ships that followed in the months immediately after the Third Fleet.〔( Convict Ships to Australia )〕 Specifically, the ships are: * ''Pitt'' (arrived Sydney 14 February 1792),〔( Pitt (Ship) ) at Settler: Convict or Free?.〕 〔Bateson, Charles, The Convict Ships, 1787-1868, Sydney, 1974. ISBN 0-85174-195-9.〕 * ''Kitty'' (arrived 6 April 1792).〔Bateson, Charles, ''The Convict Ships, 1787-1868'', Sydney, 1974. ISBN 0-85174-195-9〕 * ''Royal Admiral'' (arrived Sydney 7 October 1792).〔 One could argue that ''Royal Admiral'' is in fact the last ship of the Third Fleet as it left only a month after the ships of that fleet.〕 ==Gallery== File:Pitt (1780).jpg|HMS Pitt File:An East Indiaman 1788 30b.jpg|An EastIndiaman similar to Royal Admiral File:John Scott - A British three-masted merchantman in two positions in Table Bay as she runs into Cape Town.jpg|Merchanman similar age to Kitty 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Fourth Fleet (Australia)」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
